This autumn, an independent research partner undertook a customer satisfaction survey across diverse segments of Algol Chemicals' market through telephone interviews.
By commissioning an independent research company to conduct the survey, we wanted to obtain honest and constructive feedback from our customers. We are happy to state that our customer satisfaction has continued improving remarkably as our Net Promoter Score (NPS) surged from 51 to 64.
Our customers describe us, above all reliable. We managed the best in terms of our customer support services and quality of products. We received a grade 8.1 out of 10 for sustainability. Environmental aspects, ethical practices and supply chain responsibility were considered as the most important corporate sustainability aspects.
Based on the feedback received in the survey, our customers would wish us to improve in communication and invoicing practices which we promise to focus in our upcoming development.
