Our customers consider us as a reliable partner

To determine our current level of customer satisfaction, an external research institute conducted a satisfaction survey among a random sample of our customers at the change of the year 2019-2020.

By using an external partner to conduct the research, we wanted to ensure that we receive the most honest and constructive feedback from our customers. Replies were mainly collected through telephone interviews. 

According to the survey results, the majority of our customers are ready to recommend our company as a business partner.

When evaluating our operations separately, our customers were particularly pleased with the quality of our products, the service attitude of our staff, the reliability of our deliveries, and our ability to keep our promises.

We are very grateful for all the feedback we have received. It will help us to improve our operations further.
