Our customer satisfaction survey results highlight trust and commitment to sustainability

This autumn, an independent research partner conducted a customer satisfaction survey across various segments of Algol Chemicals market area, using telephone interviews and an online questionnaire.

We are delighted to report that our Net Promoter Score (NPS) reached 69. This score reflects the strong trust, reliability, and professionalism our customers place in us, with the majority of respondents expressing a willingness to recommend our services.

Our customers feedback highlighted significant improvements in our operations, sales efforts, personnel, and customer service. Many of them shared positive experiences with our reliable deliveries, high-quality products, and professional customer service. On the other hand, developing communication, especially regarding sustainability, emerged as an area for improvement.

When it comes to corporate responsibility, the feedback underscores the importance of environmental sustainability. Key areas emphasised include reducing emissions, enhancing recycling efforts and ensuring the environmental safety of our products and processes. Compliance with regulations, transparency and the ethical production of high-quality goods were also highlighted. Financial and social responsibility were also mentioned as key considerations. The corporate sustainability score of 7.3 that we received serves as both a challenge and an encouragement to make further progress in these areas.

Based on the feedback received in the survey, we will continue working on enhancing communication, better anticipating our customers’ needs, and delivering exceptional service. Sustainability will remain a central focus in our operations as we strive to meet and exceed our customers’ expectations in the future.
