SABO® STAT DELA by Sabo is a dodecanamide, N,N-bis(2-hydroxyethyl). It is a diethanolamide-based anti-static agent. Provides faster longer term anti-static effect as compared to ethoxylated alkylamines. It is ideal for use in electronics packaging applications due to its low moisture sensitivity and low basicity. SABO® STAT DELA is compatible with polyolefins (PE, LDPE, PP), styrenic polymers (PS, ABS, SAN) and PVC. It is also useful in automotive applications where it provides a fast de-molding effect. Its typical addition levels range from 0.2 to 0.5% for food and pharmaceutical packaging in polyolefins.
