PPWR Readiness and Compliance
The Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation (PPWR) – Regulation (EU) 2025/40 entered into force on 11 February 2025 and became generally applicable on 12 August 2026. The regulation introduces unified standards across the European Union to promote packaging sustainability, material safety and circular economy practices.

Substance Safety & Limits
We collaborate with suppliers to verify that packaging components adhere to health, safety and environmental standards, including mandatory EU limits on heavy metals and substances of concern.
Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR)
We manage our Extended Producer Responsibility obligations across our operating markets, supporting compliance with national registration, volume reporting and waste management requirements.
Supply Chain Transparency
We manage essential packaging data across our network to support traceability and reliable information flow for our customers and business partners.
Our operational roles
We align our documentation and management efforts according to our operational roles:
- As an EU Importer: We manage supplier packaging data to verify material details, weights, and recycled content, while ensuring required Declarations of Conformity (DoC) are in place for imported packaging.
- As a Distributor: We verify packaging identification and data across our network to support supply chain traceability and seamless information flow for downstream customers.
- As a Manufacturer: For our branded new and reconditioned packaging streams, we maintain all required technical documentation and issue Declarations of Conformity (DoC).
