SONGNOX® DSTDP by Songwon is distearyl thiodipropionate. Acts as a secondary antioxidant for organic polymers. It decomposes and neutralizes hydroperoxides, formed by auto-oxidation of polymers. The initial color may be improved. It enhances the aging and light stability. It is also an efficient stabilizer for polyolefins, particularly PP and HDPE. SONGNOX® DSTDP can be used as a synergist in combination with phenolic antioxidants.
