Algol Chemicals and Buratec join forces
Algol Chemicals Oy has acquired the business operations of Buratec Oy. The acquisition, agreed upon by the parties on 3 October 2025, was successfully completed on 17 November 2025. With this transaction, Algol Chemicals significantly strengthens its position in the market for plastic colourants, additives, compounds and raw materials in Finland and the Baltic region.
