Chemical Products for Industrials, Energy & Environment
We are strengthening our organisation in the Baltic countries by recruiting a new sales manager for sales of chemical products for the segments Industrials, Energy & Environment.
Your role & responsibilities
We are looking for a growth-driven Sales Manager to join our sales team focusing on sales to customers within metal, pulp & paper, energy, water treatment, environment, de-icing. You will independently approach customers and actively develop our business within this segment in Lithuania, but also be responsible for sales to selected customers/segments in other Baltic and also Central Eastern Europe countries. Your work location is at our office in Kaunas, but also home office may be considered. You will report directly to our Sales Team Leader in Riga.
Depending on your background and personal qualifications, this position suits well either a candidate with relevant experience from comparable jobs within the industry, or a younger candidate with shorter work experience, but who has chemical engineering/technician education or education in chemistry or process technology. Common for both is that you must have sales drive and be eager to develop within B2B sales.
As Sales Manager, you will drive sales by acquiring new customers and nurturing existing accounts, with the goal to establish good and long-term customer relations. You will spend a lot of your time on-site among our customers. Technical support is a part of your role. You will have assistance and sales support from our team of customer service professionals.
Profile
- Degree within chemistry, business administration, or equivalent.
- Previous experience of working with B2B sales, preferably in the chemical market.
- Experience in technical sales or chemicals distribution is an advantage.
- Some previous link to chemistry or chemicals is obligatory (education or work experience).
- Fluency in English as well as Lithuanian, both in speech and writing. Skills in Russian, Polish and/or other Baltic languages are seen as an advantage.
- Drivers license B category.
- Willingness to travel (80 days year).
