We are looking for

Customer Service Coordinator (Finnish/Swedish)

Your main tasks will be

  • Ensuring order handling in time
  • Contacting Finnish and Swedish speaking  customers relating to orders
  • Ordering and confirming sales and purchases
  • Handling purchases and product documentation; approving invoices
  • Handling claims and invoice deviations according to the quality policy
  • Communicating with sister companies and warehouses
  • Arranging transports and deliveries when needed

You are the person we are looking for if you

  • Have customer service experience
  • Are fluent in English, Finnish and Swedish
  • Have a “Can do” -attitude
  • Have excellent communication skills
  • Have understanding of business processes, ERP and CRM systems
  • Have finished your studies and are looking for a full time position

We offer you a challenging customer service position in an international team with a competitive salary. The working times are regular office hours from Monday to Friday and the office is located in Tallinn.
